FAQ'S

  • A travel fee of 50 cents / mile over 20 miles from our office by the Rim.

  • Parties can be booked between 10 am - 9 pm Monday through Sunday. The party appointment must be scheduled to end by 9pm.  Please call for availability. 210-854-2352 

  • A one week notice must be given for a party cancelation to receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit. Any party cancelation with less than a week but more then 24 hours will result in a refund of all but $150.  Any cancelation with less then 24 hours will result in no refund. 

  • As the party host, you must provide electrical outlets, a single table for instructor setup, and access to water. 

  • Our Jr. Doctor instructor will arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the start of the demonstration for setup.
